UPDATE - We have been sending our three high-mileage cars to Derek's for 3+ years.  We continue to be impressed by their great work at a reasonable price.  

Each of our three cars have between 170,000 and 260,000 miles and with Derek's help, we feel we can keep them running for a long time.

Derek performend routine maintenance on our recently acquired 2001 Accord.  He found no major problems, despite me giving him an open invitation to see what he could find... another provider came back with a long list of work to perform.
When asked to fix the airbag, Derek gave me an estimate, but when he did his evaluation of the problem, he discovered it was a simple fix and made the repairs at no charge as part of his normal maintenance work. 
I appreciate his honesty.
Communication could be a little better.  When I returned his call and left a message, it was apparent that he did not receive that message.

They have always been reliable. We have never had any problem. I have taken my car there several times there upfront and on this company we have always dealt with their consults.

He is really good. He does not do much sales that I see. He was recommended tome by my neighbor. My passenger door was making a noise in the lower henge area and I took it to him. He fixed it for free because all it was was a screw. He charges $15 a tire and he will put them on if you buy them some where else. I know of two people who will only go to him. He is really honest. His location looks like a used car lot. I asked Derek about my neighbor, he said he knew Rich really well. He said he has done all of his cars. He is also not very old. I had to make an appointment with him.
