I called Doug on a Tuesday about replacing an exterior hose bib (faucet) that was stripped and didn't work anymore. I asked him if he could get to it that same week since i had the week off work. He said he was booked all week but would check his appointments and get back to me the next day to see if he could squeeze me in. Sure enough, Doug called me on Wednesday and let me know he would be out Friday in a one hour time slot. On Friday Doug showed up within the time he promised and knocked on the door. I showed him the problem and he gave me his recommendation of what needed to happen, which was the best and cheapest option available. He was respectful of the work area inside my house and completed the job very quickly and very effectively. Now that i have used Doug I am considering him "my plumber" for all future needs. Very nice guy!

Excellent service. They were able to diagnose & solve a rather tricky problem which stumped the first plumber--he recommended them and I also highly recommend them.

We had a leaking pipe that needed repaired in the basement of a house we were trying to sell. My husband was away on military deployment and I was home with a newborn baby. We were in a rush to have the repairs done. Dalton came out the next day and made the repairs on the spot.

Dalton Plumbing was out last week to fix a running toilet.  When Doug was at my house I asked him about installing an outside faucet in the garage.  Doug said it would be a routine install so I made arrangements to have him return on 10/3 to do the faucet.  Doug called a hour or so ahead of time just to run the cost by me which I really appreciated as I didn't bother to have him write out a "bid."   The cost seemed very fair considering time and materials  so I had him go ahead with the install.  It looks and works great.  Doug is a very professional, courteous and concerned business owner,  and I would recommend to anyone who asked.

One man showed up a day late (expected 2) and proved to have tools in poor condition. The work was interrupted for trips to the hardware store. I had to work with the man to get the line through the bored holes and turned up through the floor. I suppled accessory tools several times to achieve a successful job. Feeding the line could not have been done by one man and the company should have known that and worked the job with two men. What had been estimated to be a 2 hour job took 6 1/2 hours instead. While the company stuck by their original (revised)estimate, I felt that I had earned a great deal through having to supply some tools and materials as well as working through the day to assist the contractor. The owner did not show up to re-enforce the manpower shortage.

The man arrived on time, and was pleasant, courteous, and professional. He appeared clean, and did the work in less than half an hour. I would definitely use them again.
