The furniture quality is great, the staff was great My only complaint is the return policy If you ORDER anything, there is a no return policy My sectional I love but the colors look very different in my room opposed to the show room so the chair that looked very compatible in the store does not look compatible at all in my home. The chair is very generic and in a solid color and would have been no problem to place on the show room floor and sale allowing me to order a better match. REMEMBER, NO EXCEPTIONS, YOU ORDER IT, ITS YOURS!!!!
