Mr. Hahn did a beyond excellent job of cutting the existing sheet rock and installing the new outlet, converting the appliance, and repairing another outlet that was close by. He knew exactly how to do all the necessary steps, was efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. There was a bit of a delay in getting a hold of him, but most definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend Cross Electric and plan on using his excellent abilities again!

I would not use them again. The switches were in the wrong position, lights were in the wrong position, they smoked in the house, they weren't helpful in terms of making suggestions in terms of where stuff should go.

Alvin was recommended by my contractor. He was punctual, attentive, friendly and thorough.
He completed the installation of the new exhaust fan/light in the master bathroom within

Cross Electric Inc is an outstanding small company, they are incredibly responsive. They are very thorough, do good work for a good price.

I could not figure out how to brace them properly, and my kitchen has a
very high ceiling. He did all three in no time, with very little
problem. We had to get creative on the kitchen mount, because they
don't make the kind my original fan had. He improvised, and adapted the
one we found to work.
He is friendly, professional, competent, ethical, and fair in his pricing. I will use him for ANY electrical work I need!

Very pleasant experience. Listened intently and quickly gave us several scenarios of potential problem. Examined the problem and came to a logical conclusion. On-the-spot asked him to do several other little electrical tasks requiring the use of a ladder. Very helpful as am handicapped and unable to use a ladder to correct these light problems. No extra charge for these extra taks not described to him beforehand.

I had used Alvin a couple of weeks ago for another project. The City was requiring that we upgrade the electrical system before I could operate my home business so timing was critical. If I could give Alvin an A+, I would. He went above and beyond to get the work done. We kept getting the run around and were transferred from one person to the next as we dealt with FEMA and the City in getting the power lines underground and everything in place for Alvin to do his part. We both placed numerous calls before everything was finally settled. We were in a time crunch and Alvin and his son came out to get started, but they had to wait on the City to open the outside can. So I had them go ahead an do a couple of other small projects that were not arranged beforehand since they had time. After that, they got started on the upgrade and worked a good four or five hours out in the rain. The inspection passed without any problem, and I had my home business license that afternoon. The original quote was $400, but I added the additional work ($100) and we had mud and rain, which were unexpected, and the additional time. So the $680 was absolutely fair. He did an excellent job and came to my rescue in an urgent situation.

My builder introduced me to Alvin and from the time I met him for the estimate through the completion of the project, I knew he would complete the job to code and in a timely manner. He met and exceeded my expectations and I would use him again for any electrical project.
