We had been using Constable for over 10 years. They were fantastic for a very long time. However, over the last few months they started a new crew running our route and they dont empty the trash or recycling completely, leave the bins in the street, and miss at least one trash or recycle pick up per week. This happened several times in a row. I really wanted to stay with them as they are local and were good to work with. But after getting the cold shoulder from office staff (tiffany) and no follow up from managers after requesting it, we had no choice but to move on from them. They are by far the most expensive option in LS which makes the move easier. I would not recommend using them as they are not what they used to be.

Constable Sanitation provides us with great service at a very competitive price. Very nice staff in the office and on the trucks. They delivered our recycle bins on a weekend before our scheduled pickup which was two weeks earlier than they said they would deliver them.
