Computer Repair
James was the second technician to make an evaluation of the computer's problem. Another, well-known national chain had told me that the power supply had failed, the mother board was ruined, and that I might as well plan on purchasing a new computer. James' analysis was the correct one. With no power supplies on hand at that time, and the ones on order not arriving as promised, he removed one from a display computer to repair my machine. I was very pleased at his technical skills, and especially with the charges -- which were $35 less than the amount quoted by the afore-mentioned national chain for just the power supply. (Having the computer repaired at Computers Plus, the $29 diagnostic fee was waived).

DID EXAMINATION OF COMPUTER WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN FOR SERVICE. AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION & MANY SUGGESTIONS (THEY TOOK LOTS OF TIME TO HELP ME MAKE DECISION), THEY DID THE WORK I WANTED AT A REASONABLE PRICE & DID IT EXACTLY ON TIME. THEY HAVE BEEN BACK SINCE THEN FOR MINOR ITEMS, SUGGESTIONS, & SMALL PARTS.
