Complete Floor Covering

The proprietors of Complete Floor Covering and Design Center are very professional but quite personable people.  Missy and Darren try to understand the customer's preferences and are very helpful in assisting in the selection of the right carpet and pad. Importantly, they do not attempt to sell the customer a product not needed or overpriced.  They provided a free measurement and a clear, written indication of the actual costs of purchase, removal of old carpet and pad, installation, and movement of furniture and "wrapping" of carpet on stairs.  The installation crew was efficient, quiet, and courteous, taking care to make sure furniture was replaced to the customer's satisfaction.  Based upon estimates from other providers, Complete Floor Covering's charges are equal to or better than others in this area.

Owner Darren Tousley came to our house to measure (he had the best measure of 3 companies), and met us back at the showroom to pick out carpet.  He and wife Missy let us make our own selections and gave us their suggestions of carpet and pad choices. We ended up going with their suggestions and are so glad we did.  They were able to immediately give us a price on several different options.  Missy even ordered carpet samples from Shaw delivered to our home so we could see the colors in a larger sample size.  We decided to go with Complete Floorcovering because 1) they were on Angie's List, 2) their showroom was close to our home, 3) they both called me without pressuring to find out if we had made a decision or had any questions,4) they could do the install in the timeframe we needed, and 5) they had the best price for better carpet than the other 2 companies. Their install team showed up on time, removed and hauled off the old carpet, moved the furniture, did a fabulous job, completed the work on time, and we couldn't be more pleased with the choices we made.  We will be using Complete Flooring again when we are ready to have our basement carpet replaced.

It was a good experience.  Workers arrived as scheduled, work quality was top notch and they cleaned up after work was complete.  I would use again.

I was really impressed with the knowledge and responsiveness of the staff. The lady in the showroom (I don't remember her name) was really helpful without being pushy. The prices were the best I found (better than Costco and Nebraska Furniture Mart) for equivalent products. I liked that they were family owned, their installers work for them (not contracted), and they had helpful tips to offer above and beyond my expectations. The turnaround time from order time to installation was less than a week and everything went just as planned. I will definitely return to this company for future remodeling needs.

Darren and Missy helped pick out what would look good and wear well for my home and family. Installers were courteous, cleaned up, and did a great job. Darren takes good care of his customers, this is the 4th time I've used Complete Flooring, and I'll use them again.

We went to there show room and talked to them about what we wanted done. We wanted something modern but didn't want to spend to much. They talked to us about exactly what we wanted. The owner came out to take some measurements and to talk to us about some of the ideas that he had. He also brought some samples for us to look at. The owner also walked us through the whole job process and explained all the prices up front and there were no hidden changes. They are very thorough and particular in the work. We were very happy with everything they did. I wish we could fly them to florida for some more work. They also gave us some ideas for some florida renovations.

.It went good even though my husband was sick and we needed it done as soon as possible. Complete floor covering worked us in even though they were very busy. that is why I gave a b for puncuality because they couldn't always come everyday due to working us in. It turned out great

from start to finish the process went without any problems. they help us with the selection of materials, color, and design. and we are glad we took all their recommendations. one thing-- darin is very particular about his work and does not rush. he wants it done right and belive me it was done right. we had zero problems and ther are great people to work with. i would highly recommend them. they are so professional we would give the our house keys to do a job and not have to check on progress or quality of workmanship or quality of products

This is my second experience with this company...the first time was about five years ago when we bought low-end carpet for some rental property we owned. This time for our own home. Darin (the owner) was very patient as I shopped around for carpet - while I found the same stuff at Nebraska Furniture Mart for a lower price per yard, by the time the pad and installation was added, the overall price was the same. Because this is a small shop we had to wait about two weeks while the carpet was shipped in...once it arrived the installation was scheduled within a couple days. The installation took about a day and a half, and the installation job was beautiful!!! I understand this sales/installer team has worked together for 10 years. If you're looking for very personal attention and craftsman-like installation, I highly recommend this company.
