Chief was very competitive in price and I don't think you can beat Carrier equipment. They were also very helpful in obtaining rebates from the manufacturer, gas company, and the power company (over $2200.00)..

Since the power company furnished a rebate they asked if they could take a look at the installation and test the air conditioner. I gave them permission to do this and the person they sent was very impressed with the installation. They also tested the air conditioner and said they got exactly the same efficiency numbers that Chief had reported.

escellent experence from bidding process to finish. very through on bidding(did an inspection of old equipment and duct work. asked question on how old equipment preformed and asked questions on what we wanted from new equipment). returned promptly with bid and took time to explain and answer all questions about bid. the work was completed in one day even with a mixup by their supplier.the installers answered all of my questions and explained how to use equipment and new thermostat.they even called back in a few days to check that we were satisfied. we would not hesitate to call them again for any work or repairs. everyone that i have come incontact with this company has been very friendly and helpful.

They were fantastic and did an outstanding work. They were very professional, responsive and courteous. They were on time and finished the work in timely manner. They also cleaned everything after the work was done and their price was very reasonable.
