Painters did a good job but it took much longer than I had been told it would be.

I was disappointed in the hassle in getting a firm bid for the overall paint project. The initial painting project estimate started out around $2,000 and final cost about $3,200. During the initial walkthrough, I had pointed out the ceiling water spots in three second floor rooms. I had also pointed out that the main floor kitchen bath wall needing re-mudding attention. Neither was included initially but was and-add on costs. Also, after getting the final estimate, I found a 10% coupon on CertPro website. When I inquired about applying the 10% coupon, I was told that the 10% was already included. How could it be included when it was detailed in the estimates? I was insulted by this response! Most companies would have applied the 10% coupon. Also, I found it was odd that I was charge $200 for moving furniture. It would have been impractical for to me to move the furniture by myself. Whereas most painting companies would had moved the furniture without the additional charge. Overall, we were pleased with paint project. The upstairs bedrooms, bath and master bedroom suite and bath were painted well. The kitchen still has the old paint showing around the roof and floor broads edging. These areas were mentioned at least four times and done partially each time. After a while, my wife said to leave it alone.

Very prompt. Careful about limiting spills and splatters. We had a particular brand of paint we wanted them to use and our request was honored. Totally receptive to touchup requests. Professional and workman like. Our job was big and had some difficult areas but the work was done in a fraction of time it would have taken as DIY. Paid far less than expected.

Only the foreman spoke english and he was only there at certain times. Missed a bunch of small details. They were rushed through the job so they could get to the next job.

We had a small problem with communications on both ends.The painters were dependable, respectful and a job very well done. Marlon and his co worker were certainly above average in all aspects of this under taking.

He came when he said he would, kept in contact via email and phone. He listened to what we wanted and stayed within our budget. His crew was nice and friendly and they cleaned up after they were finished. Very professional people.

Mr. Cruz was very polite. However his listening skills were below par. many items mentioned were missed in the write up. he failed to follow up and follow thru with the job. we had to call back the painter to " button " up the job. The prep work was incomplete. There are still nails in the wall, window casings were not calked, paint slopped at bottom of the entryway door yada yada etc. I gave theis job to CP instead of my normal guy. My Bad.
