Excellent. Honest about not being able to remove pet stains from previous owner and got out stains other carpet cleaners didn't.

This is the second time we hired Carlo. The first time he cleaned and sanitized a house we were selling. The home was filled with pet oders and other issues. He did a great job then. We had him back to clean our carpets in the new house. His rates are cheaper than anyone we know of and he is extremely professional. He did the entire house (about 1200 sq. ft. of carpet) for about $100 and we gave him a $50 tip which still left him more affordable than other people we've heard of. We'll be having him out once a year at least.

Carlo did an outstanding job and was unbelievably responsive. We had hired another company and when they showed up with what amounted to a rug doctor and proceeded to spill dirty water on our carpet, Carlo came to the rescue. He came out with with less than 24 hours notice and saved our carpet. He was very professional and personable and genuinely concerned with our situation.

They are very reasonably priced. They seem to be doing a good job particularly for the amount of money they charge. A lady friend of ours also used him and thought that they were reasonably priced too. They come on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were professional and our overall experience with them has been good.

He did a really good job. He charged $300 for probably about 1800 sq. ft. of carpet. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future.

Scheduled quickly, came out when he said, finished in good time. Even recommended to me a good real estate agent whom we ended up using and who helped sell our house in 5 days in a bad market!! $150 well spent! Would definitely use him again.

He even cleaned a area rug and did not charge extra. He showed up on time with just a couple of hours notice.
