They provide a very thorough inspection report within 24 hours that includes diagrams on the photos, suggestions of how to maintain the home/fix certain issues, and a glossary of terms used throughout the report that may not be a common part of your everyday vocabulary that are used in inspections. They were very accommodating with scheduling. They also used stories to help explain why something is a concern or why something is a positive about the house.

I was given not only great information on the current state of the house, but great information for future maintenance. As a first time home buyer, it was a valuable experience, as I was able to follow along and ask many questions.
