BEWARE! 7 of the 9 bushes and plants didn’t last even a month after these guys installed. And after trying SEVERAL attempts to communicate and act on the “so called warranty” I couldn’t even get a call back. After weeks of trying by phone and email with absolutely no return I decided to go in person and asked to speak to a manager. Of course “no manager available”. So the guy who actually was in charge of installing came out to “talk”. Said they were extremely busy but would get to it….. over 3 weeks later from that encounter. So we’re going on a year total of dead landscaping with NO communication from Atcheson. NEVER experienced professional established company just NOT return calls and looks like they’re trying to avoid the warranty CLEARLY printed on invoice. Glad to have a best friend as attorney. Sad that this is next step! STAY CLEAR!! I guess they’re not what / who they used to be!!

Told the landscape rep I wanted items that had low-medium growth & height. He said no problem. He place rose bushes to close to sidewalk that will grow very large. put a bush too close to a window that will also become very large (will need to be moved). the trees placed in back yard will become medium to large size. I don't have a green thumb, and when I consulted another landscape professional-I was told I got the wrong items for what I requested.

It was a very terrible experience, unfortunately.

My husband and I recently moved into a new home. The yard and flowerbeds were not maintained by the previous owners. The bushes/trees were overgrown and the beds were full of weeds. We had quite a challenge ahead of us. My brother, a local contractor that had used their services before, sent this company to our house to clean up the yard and beds as a housewarming gift. They pulled up to the house right as I was leaving for work. The 4 person crew got to work immediately and told me that when I got home I'd have a whole new yard. So true! I came home to a beautiful new yard. They had removed all weeds, put down new mulch in the beds, trimmed all overgrowth, and cleaned up all debris. It looked amazing!

I can't say anything about pricing and scheduling because it was a gift, but the work they did was terrific. I would recommend and use them again.

Communication was an issue.  Average plants, average landscaping plan, average result.
