They do a good job and are very reliable and responsive. Their prices are reasonable. The survey wouldn't take my answer on cost of service because I pay different prices for different services.

They are absolutely excellent.  They handle all of my grass maintenance.  I am new to the area so I don't know how their prices compare to others.  I think the pricing is reasonable.  I'm very satisfied with their response time and professionalism.  I am happy with the quality of work.

The rock edging was very nice and according to plan. We must have totally different definitions thereafter. I thought top soil was to be reasonably sterile. This soil was a plethora of every kind of weed imaginable! On the creek bed, which I thought would be narrow and as the estimate said "river rock," was a huge area of gravel! This was in no way shape or form river rock. Our yard looked like a construction site dump. The neighbors were calling about it and I literally cried! Looking out the window made us ill. I can not overstate the description of the huge mess of gravel. We called him back out and he said "I guess that's partially my fault about the rock." He said he would charge to haul it out. Frankly, I didn't want him anywhere near ever again so I hired someone else for several hundreds of dollars to haul all that gravel away. It was, bar none, the most horrible home owning experience I have ever had.
