It has turned into a nightmare. He took out a boiler in the basement that had espestos around it without getting a permit. I have been fined for that and also electrical work that he didnt have a permit for. He covered over a moldy wall without fixing the problem first. He is not being honest about the work that is being done. the quality of the work is terrible. He is cutting corners everywhere he can. He told me it would take 3 months to complete but it has taken 11 months and it still is not finished.
