It went well for an older house, and Jerry worked very hard to do an excellent job. He arrived when he said he would, and called to let me know of any changes. I am thankful I was able to get a reliable, honest and very friendly plumber like Jerry. I sure would recommend his knowledge of plumbing, and he has good integrity as well.

Jerry Miller returned my call promptly when I called him for service request. He showed up the next day earlier than his estimated time. He texted me first letting me know he can come earlier than planned. Jerry Miller was very polite and professional. He even inspected around the house with dirt recommendations. Mr. Miller installed a quality heavy duty 1/2 HP sump pump I felt I needed instead of a cheaper 1/3 HP sump pump. I felt Mr. Miller was an outstanding plumber and will use him again if I need a plumber I can trust.

Jerry was here within the hour. We had 4 inches of water in the basement. He drained it quickly. He replaced the aging sump pump. Had used Jerry once in the past for a different problem, and will call him in the future.
