Everything went very well. When I arrived Ron was already at the property, ready to go. He had in fact already begun surveying the outside of the home with a few things to show me right away. He was extraordinarily thorough, and very personable. We walked through the outside of the home, made out way inside, and crawled over every detail. He shared everything that he found, good and bad, during the inspection. He took several pauses to explain to me the impact of his findings and in the case of certain items the recommended mediation and potential impact down the road if left unresolved. This information was invaluable when discussing the condition of the home with the seller and getting this information taken into account with the selling price. Ron even walked me through all of the gotchas of having a full finished basement, covering things that I don't think I would have taken into account without his mention. He recommended a radon inspection even though it is not required in MO, which turned out to be a god send. It turns out that the levels were high enough that they needed to be addressed. It was great to have this taken care of prior to taking possession of the home.
The inspection report and radon report were both delivered via email before he said they would, and were easy to pass along to the seller's agent.
360 Home Inspection Services, and Ron LaFleur went out of his way to provide us the information we needed in the easiest format to understand. He was a great help in my home buying experience, and I have recommended him to several co-workers that are in the market for a new home. I would suggest his services to anyone in the KC Metro area, and will certainly use him again if the chance comes up.
