This guy is an expert. He replaced a worn out broken down HVAC system for me August 2024. His estimate for the work was fair and reasonable compared to the price gouging of other companies. The savings on my monthly electric bill is half of what I was paying before the old units compressor went out. Don’t waste time and call Charles first. You can’t get a better price or better workmanship any where else!

Most impressive, competent, efficient, and knowledgeable expert craftsman I've met. Intuitive in troubleshooting and anticipating problems, excellent communication skills and impressive intuitive trouble shooting skills. Hire this man and your problem is solved! His pricing and charges are the fairest you can get for this best quality service. Only man I've met who can work on and solve complex issues while carrying on a detailed and interesting conversation simultaneously. In my opinion the best craftsman you'll ever meet, and we are lucky to have him here.

I had a leaking coil . CJ gave me an estimate and came and checked to be sure at no charge. Gave me a great price fir the work. Itâ s only a few days but so far so good.

Mr. Cannon is very knowledgeable about furnaces he recognized my problem right away he fixed it right away and now I have heat. Great personality great customer service skills And I would greatly recommend him. Excellent job

Had the entire system AC/Coil /Furnace removed and replaced. CJ Cannon is awesome and work & ethic overall is wonderful. Lovin my new unit (ours was eh em 42yrs old which he had also installed a new blower motor for me last year on it tho we knew it was time for replacement it got us another season till we could albeit slight delay thanx to the pandemic and shut ins). New, quiet running, wonderful central air and heat again. Thank you CJ!!! Great experience and most definitely recommend him for your HVAC needs.

CJ Cannon's work ethic is extremely on task and he is concerned with your satisfaction every step of the way...no short cuts....every step done right. It would be difficult to connect with anymore more of a professional, considerate and personable HVAC installer. Couldn't ask for anymore....5 ***** and beyond!

Used Cannon for annual maintenance/inspection of furnace & humidifier. Prompt. Friendly. Very thorough. Indicated that should we experience any problems this season, that there would be no service fee since he had performed the inspection... only repairs, etc.

Prompt and professional, Charles had us up and running just a few hours after I connected with him on home advisor. We even have him assisting on another project that was unrelated.

Straight to the point no unnecessary bs! One of the bigger companies wanted me to spend 1k to fix my heat, plus had to wait til the weekend was over. Canon came out on Sunday and had me up and going the same day for a fraction of the price and no unnecessary parts!

The speed in which they answered us, their professional demeanor and extreme interest in resolving our furnace problem exceeded our expectations. Would call on Cannon the next time we need HVAC help.

Hired CJ (Charles) Cannon to replace the outside AC unit and put a new furnace in the basement. First of all, CJ was very polite and professional - however, after installing the new system he had to come back a number of times to fix some small things done wrong during the initial install. Fine not a big deal, he was responsive and again, polite, so I wasn't worried. Within the first year the AC stopped working, lines to the outside unit were freezing up as well components inside the unit. CJ once again came out and fixed something. He also had to put freon in to make the unit cool again. He said there was a part not functioning properly and he would replace it under his and the manufacturer's warranty (keep in mind, this is all brand new equipment). Here's where things went wrong. After scheduling multiple appointments that CJ never showed up to, he simply stopped responding to my calls/texts requesting for a service call. At this point the unit has stopped cooling again and CJ is totally non-responsive. In summation, I would not recommend Cannon heating and cooling due to shoddy workmanship and customer support/service. Too bad, because as I said, he was very polite and is an independent business owner, so I would have loved to be able to recommend his business to others.

I called Charles about checking on my mother’s furnace. It has had issues but had gone completely out this morning. I do not live with her and her being older, I was worried. Charles was out to the house in 30 minutes and promised he wouldn’t charge a dime unless he got the furnace running again. The furnace was running again in less than 30 minutes. Charles was not satisfied with only getting the furnace to run again; he wanted to know what the underlying problem was. He stayed longer to run diagnostics, which revealed that our thermostat needed to be replaced. This wouldn’t have been identified if he hadn’t spent the extra time running diagnostics. In giving us options for fixing the problem, he was very fair and conscious of all elements, finances being one. I will definitely be using Cannon Heating & Cooling again! - Susana

is charles cannon still in business? we had an appointment with him and he did not show up. we have tried several times to call him or email him, either there is no answering machine, or there is, we leave a message, and he does not return our calls. this is an example of poor business.

He seems like a good, honest person who was fair with what he charged for the services he performed.

He was very nice and professional, the problem was fixed, there was just a small gas leak. I did let him know about it. My husband was able to tighten it up to fix the leak.

He came over quickly & fixed only what needed to repaired.

He came out and knew what to do. Very impressed with his customer service also. I will definitely use again!
