It was a fantastic experience!!! I have gone to several other jewelers for repairs and cleaning of my jewelry and have not been happy with their service. One place even lost one of my rings in the cleaner. So I decided to check out Angie's list and headed to Sheehan's. I received a call later the same day and my ring was repaired. Unbelievable service! I went to pick up my ring the next day and it was beautiful. The price was more than reasonable. They offered to clean my other ring and said to come in any time to have my jewelry cleaned and checked. They do in house repairs and most jewelry stores send their repairs out which always made me nervous. I will NEVER go to any other jewelry store. Most importantly, I felt they were completely honest with me. Checked all the prongs on my ring and didn't find any others that needed work. That has never happened to me before. Whenever I took my jewelry in for repair, the other stores ALWAYS found other things that needed fixing. Trustworthy people, great service, beautiful repair job and a very reasonable price. What more could you ask for? Thank you Sheehan's.

I called all of the jewelry stores in the area to check pricing and turn around time for having my ring sized. Sheehan's not only was the best price but was also the quickest. Most of the stores I called actually shipped out their repairs! Sheehan's does all of the repairs in house which was important to me because the ring was my grandmothers who has passed. Sheehan's completed the ring 2 days before it was due, if fit perfectly and looked like new! I had called my insurance company to add my ring to my policy and they said they would need an insurance appraisal. Again I called around for pricing and turn around which led me right back to Sheehan's:) When I returned to the store Logan Sheehan the owner greeted me by name, he knew I was excited to wear my new ring so he offered to type my appraisal while I waited! Don't waste time calling around like I did, you will end up at Sheehan's which is where I will do all of my jewelry business from now on.
