Their team adjusted the return visits around our schedule.  The initial crew was like a SWAT team attacking the damage, moving furniture, boxes and memorabilia.  They worked for quite a while.  They, too, were very polite and courteous.  The project manager continued to work with us throughout the process and met with our insurance adjuster at the house to explain the work that had to be done.
I can only say that they have an outstanding crew and I would recommend them to anyone if they need cleanup professionals.
