No Customer Service at all. I signed a contract in April to to have 16 windows replaced in my home. When they came to install the windows, they had ordered the wrong windows for the front of my house. They also wrapped the trim around my windows (as per the contract) but wrapped them in white but they were supposed to be blue. They had someone come out and paint the wrap blue and told me they order the correct windows and I would have them in 4 weeks. It has now been 8 weeks and no one has contacted me so I started trying to contact them this week. I call the number listed on the business and they appear to use a service so while the person answers as their business all they can do is take a message and send it over to the "office" I left a message on 8/10/21 and no response, called again today 8/14/21 since I have still not heard from anyone and asked to talk to someone in the office and the person said he could just take a message and send it over. I would never recommend this company to anyone as my experience with them has been horrible and now I cant even talk to anyone at the actual company.

Quality of the Target windows is good. They performed a full install removing the trim instead of a pocket install, which revealed how poorly our builder-grade windows had been installed. We're glad we went that route over the companies that would only do pocket installs. So far we're very happy, and would use Precision again.

Not good! The quality of window was poor and still leaks. They were slow to install. The work crew damaged some property. Very difficult to communicate with the hispanic crew. The company has poor customer service. They were suppose to come back and finish the work and that was over a month ago

"I am sorry Mrs. ******** feels this way. From Precision's view this complaint is invalid, I did the final walk through with the homeowner as the general manager of Precision, Mrs ******** was very happy with the work. After the walk-through I ask Mrs. ******** for the final payment she told that she had mailed it the night before, after several days of not receiving the payment we reach out to her with no response, the next day I received the complaint from BBB! We removed all the siding and installed two windows that we were contracted to. At no time did Mrs ******** mention any broken electrical socket, if she had we would have fixed it for her and still will if she would respond to phone calls or Emails. I have tried multiple times to reach out to Mrs ******** and have gotten zero feedback from her. I am willing to work with Mrs. ******** to resolve issues she has with our work or our final payment"

The sales process was low pressure. I felt that the salesperson was extremely professional, was honest and knowledgeable and I felt gave me sound advise on what products I needed. The installation process was just as good as the sales process. The installers were courteous and described in detail what they had to do to install the window properly (the previous window installed by the builder was improperly installed) and showed me how to care for the newly installed window and storm door. The quality of the products they installed were superb as well.

The customer service left quite a bit to be desired. For example, I had to call to determine if windows had come in only to find out I had already been put on the schedule, but no one had called me to confirm the scheduled appointment was open on my schedule. The day the work was to begin, I was scheduled between 9-11. The team showed up after 1 and that was after my having to call and find out what the status was on the team arriving to do the work. Although I was not impressed with the customer service side of things, the work they performed was EXCELLENT! I am pleased with my new sunroom and can't wait to complete the decorating to enjoy it.

Windows look great and are of high quality. No high pressure sales to buy their most expensive line. The salesman listened to what we were looking for and helped us pick the best windows for our home. There was some delay in our installation but they worked very hard to compensate for that. The crew worked long hours and installed the windows in one day. They were very careful in our house and the clean up was great.

They were able to provide some important items not available elsewhere e.g., white trim inside; dark brown outside.
Special order took a bit of extra time but arrived as anticipated but by then weather had turned cold and I was concerned about having the house open while they worked.
They set up plastic tents to shield my interior and it all went very smoothly. It took 2 1/2 men a full day. They did an excellent job and were exceptionally neat and careful.
I am pleased overall and surprised at how much quieter it is in the house. I expect to feel the same way for many years.

I cannot say enough about this company. Their communication is great. We had a lot of trouble getting the right specs from the manufacturer and Tim Scullen (owner) came out several times just to make sure the dimensions were right. They matched the paint for the inside of the unit and it matched perfectly. Their crew was courteous and really took their time installing. It was a huge unit and I had been told by another company that they would have to mess up the stucco and the flagstone on the patio to take this door out. I couldn't even tell they had been here after they left! They also disconnected and reconnected my alarm contact so that I didn't have to have another company come out to hook up. I would would definitely recommend them - both Melanie and Tim are awesome to work with!!

This work was part of a total exterior renovation involving multiple contractors (I acted as the project manager and worked with each contractor to ensure that everything would fit together in the end). I learned of Precision Windows through the Columbia Window company, who I had chosen as the window vendor.
Tim, the salesman for Precision Windows, was excellent. He took his time working with us to make sure we ordered the correct products from Columbia to meet our needs - - and it was evident that both Tim and the inside folks at Precision knew the products and processes well. Tim also made sure that I had the appropriate information to give the siding contractor (a separate company) so that the final installation would go smoothly.
The installation crew was first rate. They were very careful to protect our new carpeting and flooring with plenty of clean drop cloths and were very careful in working in the home. The only hitch in the install was a missing window unit, which caused them to start a couple of hours later than scheduled - - the unit had been sent to the wrong warehouse.
In the end everything went together quite perfectly. Because of the complexity of the overall job (siding, guttering, roof repair, windows, paint, etc) there was a lot that could have gone wrong. Precision Windows did a great job and I'll be calling on them again if I need more work of this type done.

It was a excellent experience. Precision Windows & Doors LLC were tremendous, end-to-end, right from sales to installation and to follow-up was outstanding. I had no prior contacts with any door or windows company. They definitely weren't the cheapest option around, but their products is what I wanted to get . So I did look up Angie's List and other reviews before going for Precision Windows & Doors LLC. This is the 2nd time we have used this company for windows/doors. The first time, we had them replace 17 windows so this time we had them finish with the windows and install the sliding glass doors to match. Each time they have been very easy to work with and have always done superior work. One thing that I really like about this company is that when they are finished, everything is back as it should be and you have no additional work to do - i.e. if you have blinds/curtains, they will take them down when they remove the old windows and doors and put them back up when they have the replacements in. There were several other companies that I had received quotes from that wouldn't even touch the blinds. They care for their customers and do what they can to make sure they are happy.
