 + 0 moreThe job went great - they did a wonderful job solving our issues. Unfortunately it ended up being a large job due to many issues with the house, but we have had no issues with the plumbing going forward.
Description of Work: We needed extensive plumbing re-routing and repairs in our rental property. Shane came out and assessed our needs and began the job. He did an amazingly thorough job in identifying areas where we were having problems, and ensuring that we wouldn't have issues in the future. Based on his great communication and professionalism and quality of work, we've hired Flawless Kitchen & Bath for several jobs now, and they will be our go-to when we take on our bathroom remodels in the near future.

 + 3 moreI can't say enough good things about Shane from Flawless Kitchen & Bath. He is incredibly professional and reliable, and does a very good job on each plumbing job he's been hired for. He has performed several jobs for me and is always quick to respond and get a time scheduled to do the repair, and he constantly educates himself on the updated codes and proper ways to complete a job, so I have complete faith that the job will be done right with no shortcuts. This latest job required the repair of a lot of improper plumbing done years ago, I'm not sure how the house survived having major issues due to the configuration. Shane had all of the hard work done in a day, and other contractors I've had in the house to do other renovations have commented on the quality of the workmanship. When hiring Flawless Kitchen & Bath, you'll get decent, honest rates and solid work that will last.
Description of Work: Replaced gas water heater & repaired gas line and valves to water heater Re-routed significant improper plumbing that was routed through main line cleanout Switched hot/cold piping that was reversed Re-routed drains for washing machine Ensured all plumbing was secured and up to code
