I hired Kevin and his team to do several assorted things to improve my 30+-year-old condo, and I'm really pleased with the results. I'd gotten bids from over a dozen contractors, both general and for specific tasks, and decided to go with Dill Enterprises because I figured a general contractor would be better and Kevin was the only one who seemed committed. I had him replace the kitchen and bathroom countertops, the tub/shower, and all the hard flooring, plus paint and do some other smaller tasks. I was impressed by both the quality of his work and his honesty. His wife Diana was great too. She helped me pick materials, making extra effort to find some that I'd like, and she pitched in to help make the work go better. And all of this was done for a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

Kevin and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish, to the point of still helping me (free of charge) when I need contacts for people to do things for me that weren't part of the job.  He and his wife, Diana, pretty much did all design for us, helped us pick everything, redesigned space to maximize use, and did an amazing job of the entire remodel.  Remodel completed 4-5 months ago, and still if I have any questions he immediately gets back to me.  He got every bit of info he could, cost of actual cabinetry we wanted, tile, flooring, everything, before he gave us a bid, so he came in right at his bid.  Actually came in well under what I expected to spend, and he did a considerable amount of extra work than I expected to do to start with.  I would highly recommend him for any work, small or large, but we used him to remodel a high level house, in a very expensive neighborhood, where most people use contractors that all gave me quotes without details for 25-40 k more.
