 + -1 moreIt went well. He showed up close to the time I said I would be home. He was much nicer and went beyond the call of duty.
Description of Work: My basement door fell off the top hinges, which he fixed and he fixed my door know to fit in the slat. That was extra.

 + -1 moreHe didn't bring the doors I wanted because they were out and took it upon himself to get different ones, he told me. He left a mess with screws and parts in my front yard. I'm not sure the gutters work as we haven't had a good rain, but my porch is damp after small amounts of rain. I used him because he got good reviews... but maybe because I'm a widow and a senior citizen, he took advantage of me. He gave me a quote at the beginning. After he finished everything but my locks, he said he would have to come back to fix it, as there were problems. When he came back, he charged me to fix it. I wouldn't have minded paying for the bits he paid for, but not the labor as he had given me a price for ALL WORK. I don't trust him now.
Description of Work: Installation of two storm doors, fixing my gutters in front and lock and dead bold on the main entrance door.

 + -1 moreI give him the key and he works hard and gets it done. He is very trustworthy. If there were a problem he would call and talk it over.
Description of Work: He installed dishwasher and took out disposal and also replaced garage door opener. He is very nice and uderstands what you want done. He will help you decide the best things to do. He will be there and wait for you. I am pleased with him. I have 2 rentals plus my home and I have had him do fixes on each. I call him my handyman.

 + -1 moreThe fence is good and strong, looks great. My dog can not get out, he was very polite, takes pride in his work. Tries to keep the cost down.
Description of Work: I called because I had a tree limb fall in the middle of winter on my wooden dog ear fence. It had broken about six foot of fence. I had a young dog that I was afraid would get out. I called the T H I Handyman and he came fast and priced it. Said he could do it the next day. The price was materals and everything. I was so cold. He cut up the big limb and fixed the fence and checked for places that the dog could dig out.
