It went well. He showed up close to the time I said I would be home. He was much nicer and went beyond the call of duty.

He didn't bring the doors I wanted because they were out and took it upon himself to get different ones, he told me. He left a mess with screws and parts in my front yard. I'm not sure the gutters work as we haven't had a good rain, but my porch is damp after small amounts of rain. I used him because he got good reviews... but maybe because I'm a widow and a senior citizen, he took advantage of me. He gave me a quote at the beginning. After he finished everything but my locks, he said he would have to come back to fix it, as there were problems. When he came back, he charged me to fix it. I wouldn't have minded paying for the bits he paid for, but not the labor as he had given me a price for ALL WORK. I don't trust him now.

I give him the key and he works hard and gets it done. He is very trustworthy. If there were a problem he would call and talk it over.

The fence is good and strong, looks great. My dog can not get out, he was very polite, takes pride in his work. Tries to keep the cost down.
