RVC Data Recovery

Dropped off computers on June 26 2013 technician was kind and curious. I had to call 1 week later to see what was going with our computers, when I did the technicians attitude was totally different he was rude and seemed unsure of the answer he was giving me like he never even looked at our computers. He told me they would be done in 1 week. I called 1 week later, no answer, left a message to please call me back. Noone called me back. Another week later I called again and now I get the receptionist, she said she would have him call back. Nope!! I had to call 3 days later, got the receptionist again and she called him and he said they would be done in two days. Ok I'll wait! I call on this day, nope still no computers, he tells her he said it would be the next day. I call the next day, actually get him, oh no not today he is sick it will be the next day. I said when tomorrow? He said 2:00 p.m. ok. I go up there at 2:00 p.m. on 7-19-13, he never apologized to me or anything. He only said hi and see ya!(literally!). Came home only to find that he had modified my computer at 12:47 p.m. on 7-19-13. Telling me he worked on my computer the day I picked it up but he had my computer for 24 days.
