when they tried to repair the chair they threw staples all over the floor at least 100 of them. it was a real pain to clean them out of the carpet. they glued and screwed the chair, had i known this was what they were going to do i would have purchased new wood for it to be rebuilt myself. anyway the chair was lopsided as they tried to find wood that had not split mind you it was cheap ply wood, this is what i believe caused the lift motor to fail and leave grease all over my floor. the chairs arms are again falling off the chair and the lift motor is in pieces. I had to contact the better business bureau and the attorney generals office to get them to honor the warranty i had also purchased a lifetime warranty which they had no desire to honor. at this point in time i have a store credit of $585.00 and they gave me $35.00 to $40 in accessories which i do not need. I have made several trips to the store trying to find a replacement chair. if i upgrade for another lift chair it will cost me an additional $285.00 which i have no desire to do. I would really rather have had a refund. the chairs i have looked at that may work i will have to screw 2x4's to the base to make it tall enough for me to get up out of with out a lift motor. they have a leather chair that is advertised as leather but it is not it is a form of vinyl which i found strange. so at this point i am still undecided as what chair to replace the lift chair with. Sams has one with heat and vibrates for $499 which seems a far better deal and if i could have got a refund is what i would have done. ffo is no cheaper in price than any of the other local furniture stores and i would hope the other stores would have better service and perhaps actually honor the warranty and not be ignored if there is a problem. they will tel you the extended warranty will cover anything except pet damage but this is not so.

I am very unhappy with company and can not tale you how it went because I'm done yet!!!
