"This was a service performed on April 1, 2009. 8 years 8 months ago. Sorry you are still upset. We did everything that was agreed upon and signed by our service agreement."
"When we perform a heat treatment for bed bugs, everything in your home needs to be heated. This includes the items in your linen closet and drawers. We advise to you that your home will look like a tornado went through your home. This was the case. With regards to the re-infestation of bed bugs we did an inspection on your girlfriends home to discover there were bed bugs there as well. This would indicate not failure but re-infestation."
"Thank you for the kind words on the true quality of the work we perform on a daily basis. Most people only complain. It takes a truly satisfied customer to leave a positive review. We thank you for that."
"Thank you for giving us an A on Quality that speaks highly for our company. With regards to getting back to you, we do the best we can to contact every customer in a timely manor. It is not our intent not to return calls but for pest control the summer is very busy."
