Complete Home Inspection
Gregory did an amazing, thorough job on our home inspection. He had to contend with the plumber doing an inspection and our family there at the same time. He handled it like a champ. He was super patient, answered our questions and returned our report quickly. We greatly appreciated knowing the small things that another inspector might have wrote off as not a big deal. We really wanted the whole picture so we could decide what we needed to do. We highly recommend Gregory!

Greg Zahner was absolutely amazing!!! I hired him to do an inspection on a home I was going to buy, he found so many outrageous unacceptable things about this house, I don’t buy it(thank God) I hired him for a second house I wanted to buy and took it!!! He saved me from buying a complete LEMON!! I’m going to hire him a third time to test for radon and things and keep him for future use. If you want professional answers and honesty, hire Greg! He doesn’t disappoint!!!!
