They came out to measure for the wall and gave us a quote. We were concerned when they came out because they did not look very experienced and did not look like they could lift the 50 to 80 lb stones. The installation was poor and they even put in some stones that had been chipped because they dropped them. I called to complain about the chipped stones and he said he would leave a stone for us to repair ourselves. We had them come out and repair the wall after the accident, and there were more problems. Instead of using new stone, they used the stone that had been knocked down and chipped. He did tell me that there were new caps (the top stone) on, but it does not fix the fact that the rest of the wall was repaired with the stones involved in the accident.
