This is a vacation home, so I am not there year round and he stood me up several times on weekends when I told him I would be there to meet with him. I even asked him to give me a quote on replacing the roof over the sun room, which he never did. The roof over the main part of the house is only 13 years old. Apparently he wasn't interested in my business.
One entire wall of the room has to be replaced along with the roof. The rafters rotted out, along with the entire front of the house because of the continued water damage.
Very poor excuse for a "professional." Don't waste your time or money with RM Nelson Roofing.
