They're excellent. They were out to my house two hours after I called them. It was in the dead of Winter but they were there. They were very professional. I call them whenever I have something done with the heating. If they can't do something, they'll tell you. They'll give you a referral of who can. Their pricing is excellent.

The owner himself Ken Hicks did all of the work in a professional an timely manner. We have been using Hicks services since we moved into out home over 19n years ago. When we first moved into our house the heater/AC unit went out on a very cold Christmas day. Mr. Hicks responded to the call and had our heating and ac unit fixed within an 1 hour after our call. I would HIGHLY recommend Hick services to anyone they al well trained and do a professional job every time.
