Price was high for install. Did not get the storm door installed right. Long story short the main entry door was not square and this translated in storm door not fitting. Owner blamed product but door install missing shims, insulation, out plug and level, wrong caulk, crews in brick mold. OWNER non responsive had to hire another company to fix problems at my expense

l called the listed phone number to schedule an appointment and the response was  "How about tomorrow" which was a Saturday.  We agreed on the time and met the next day.  I was given a written estimate after discussing my needs.  I told Joe Wagner that I was getting another estimate and would let him know my decision.       I met with another estimator  and didn't select his company.  Once I told Joe to start the work Justin showed up bright and early and worked steadily until the new garage door was in place.  I was very satisfied with the work.

After all was said and done I bought a high end belt drive Chamberlain from Sears and had Sears install it. The people that Sears subcontracred to install the opener were timely, professional and had the opener installed in no time. The opener has several nice features (battery backup, motion light and more). Plus it is very quiet. I will definitely use this Sears installer when I eventually replace my garage door. I didn't not buy the exact model quoted by Wagner door, so it's a little bit of apples and oranges, but I estimate I saved several hundred dollars. Total cost for the Chamberlain from Sears and installation was $380. Plus I couldn't be happier with the opener or the company that installed it.

One final note. I'm not sure when Wagner would have been able to install a new opener, but I'd guess within a day or two. By buying it from Sears I had to order the opener and pick it up myself. I think that took two or three days. It was installed the next day so the process took a total of 3 or 4 days.

The provider was prompt and thorough. He even helped me move a few things that were in his way. A "hitch" in the system was also fixed with his service.

They arrived when stated and were very nice and professional. The work was done very efficiently. Would use them again.

I had gaps in both doors in my garage and I believed I needed new doors. The house is 13 years old with original everything. Joe Wagner (owner) came out to see me and indicated that I didn't need new doors. He said that he was not going to sell me anything that I did not need.

He suggested a tune up and new weather stripping on both doors and adjustments on both motors plus surge protectors in both motor outlets. I told him the opener pad was hard to push and the light was not on, he said he would replace it with a new pad at no cost to me.

Justin came out on Saturday the 11th and did the work as Joe had told me. He was quick and precise, very friendly and personable. He told me that if I had any problems at all to call the office.

Very reliable!  Plan to use again in the future.

WagnerDoor came out 10/2/2013; gave me a bid for a new door on a 2-car garage; came out the next day to install new door. Total cost: door, labor, tax = $700. Did a great job! Highly recommend.

Our old garage door had been hit by a vehicle a number of years ago and as a solid wood door, it only dented a bit, but over the years water got into it and it had started to rot and we needed to have it replaced. Joe came out and gave us an estimate to not only replace the door but widen the garage entry so that we would not need to custom order a door as our garage opening was only 15ft. We scheduled the install for the following week. Joe and his son-in-law showed up on time and with everything they needed. Joe kept me apprised of the situation and even showed me where he thought we needed a little extra shoring up as the roof was not exactly level and he was concerned that a heavy load of snow could cause some damaged and suggested a solution at a small additional cost, which I agreed to with no qualms. Joe was very professional, very knowledgeable and they did a fantastic job. I now have a brand new garage door that matches my house exactly and looks amazing. It's nice to come home to a garage door that is not dented and falling apart.

I did not use them because I felt their estimate was too high. The local person that was advertised on Angie's list was no longer in business so I called this service. They were nice but too high for me.
