Everything went fine. 15 yr old garage door made a loud sound and it appeared to me that one spring had broken. Called Wagner Door and they were out the next day, on time, to make the repair. Yes, they replaced the spring (actually, replaced BOTH springs as is advised by any reputable garage door service company).
