Mike and his team did a terrific job on the roofs. We had two separate buildings and the were in and out after two days. Work was performed when planned and they did a very good job with cleanup, leaving no trash or debris (especially nails) anywhere on the property. I have referred several people to use MPC Homes for new roofs or repairs.

I had a 17-year old roof on approximately a 1000 square foot ranch house that had sustained damage from multiple hail storms, the most recent of which was in July 2016. Mike Cullen of MPC Homes was recommended by my insurance company. In late November 2106, Mike repaired a minor leak in the existing roof to minimize further damage because replacing the roof was impractical that late in the year. In 2017, I had some unrelated structural termite damage to the garage walls repaired, after which I contacted Mike to perform the roof replacement. Mike and I discussed several alternatives that I had been considering, including a metal roof and several levels of upgraded architectural shingles. In addition we discussed adding a ridge vent and a small ice and water dam in some areas where snow tends to stand on my relatively low-pitched roof. The work crew showed up promptly on the morning after the materials had been delivered. The job was completed in 5-6 hours. There was a minor issue with ridge vent material not being delivered by the materials supplier which Mike and his crew worked out by the afternoon of that day. They also hauled off the TV antenna which their refuse hauler would not take. The entire job was completed and the debris was removed by late afternoon on the install day. The workmanship was excellent. I have not identified any issues. Mike was very helpful in making wise decisions (e.g. not doing the metal roof, upgrading to a 35-year architectural shingles and a ridge vent.). He worked to keep additional costs for upgrades from the previous roof to a minimum.
