The tech arrived and performed the annual checkup on my furnace. I watched him do the checkup and he explained everything that he was doing. It looked like a fairly thorough service. I would use them again.

The tech came out, did a fairly thorough analysis and replaced a part creating better cooling.

It was good! Their price was good, and they were good to business with.

They sent an incompetent technician to my house who claimed he could not access the furnace. When I arrived home I easily access the furnace using the brain power and strength of a 4-year-old. I called them the next day to tell them that the technician that came out to my house wasn't competent and that I needed someone else because my furnace was down and I needed it serviced. They told me they would not provide me service.

They were excellent. They did their job on time and cleaned up after themselves. Whenever we need them they come out to do service they come out. They are great!

I never have to wait a long time for them to come and when they come they seem to know what they're doing. They also explain things to me while they are working.

They did a couple of little extra minor things without additional charge. They didn’t install my air conditioner , but where it runs into the house, the putty/caulk had all over the years had dried up and shrunk up. I asked him if he would be able to re-caulk around the hoses that enter the house because we were getting a few bugs in. He did that with no additional cost over just the service call of coming out to do an a/c check. They were not high pressure as far as trying to make me buy any system even though mine did need a little bit of Freon. They mentioned that there is a certain life expectancy to these machines and that I might be getting close. They told me if I was happy with their service if I would consider them when it was time for me to looking to get an estimate. There was no high pressure as far as buy today and that they can't fix mine. I always get multiple bids on everything. With regard to price, there are a lot to choose from. When I was getting competitive bids, I wouldn't have to go on with anyone that was real high. That was our second appointment with them. So I felt good enough with the first one to get a price from them on the second one, and then I went ahead and chose them.

We've used them in the past a few times.  We felt it was time to have a system checkup since it's been a couple of years since having the furnace checked.   Plus their Fall Checkup price was about $20-30 less than other companies that we received flyers from.
I appreciated that someone at Superior called me in the morning to let me know that the technician would arrive between 2-4pm.   Originally I was told 12-4pm.    However, the tech arrived about 30 minutes early and spent about 40 minutes checking the furnace and humidifier.   Tech was friendly and personable.   Wasn't in a hurry to get the job done.  He took his time and was methodical in his approach.   Gladly answered my questions in a clear & concise manner, meaning he didn't talk over my head.   No complaints.  Will use again in the future.
