Met with several contractors for the project. Mr. Schiller was very helpful, providing insights into project not otherwise mentioned. Project was quickly done. Job site was left in good shape at the end of each day. It was spotless when project complete. Rooms, closets and new walls look great. We are very happy with the job that was done. Will again work with the company in the future.

Take your business elsewhere. We are disgusted with our experience with S & S Customs Construction & Remodeling, LLC, in particular Zac Schiller. In hindsight, we consider that we made a huge mistake hiring him as the general contractor for our new home. The project did start ok until we had questions about the work and the invoicing; things deteriorated quickly from there. At multiple points in the project we felt we were not listened to, were asked to settle for what was done verse requested, or felt the only solution was just for us to spend more money. After repeated requests, he has refused to provide specific information related to his bid that we felt would help clarify what we have been charged. In our opinion, he essentially abandoned the project leaving several items incomplete. We've subsequently had to bring in other contractors not only to complete these items, but also to repair work that was done incorrectly that he was responsible and previously paid for. "Mr. Schiller was made aware of these issues and was given several opportunities to address. His avoidance of the issues resulted in our taking our dispute to the Better Business Bureau and even after multiple attempts by them, he has refused to respond. In our opinion, we found him to be arrogant, unprofessional and that he has treated us unfairly and with a complete lack of respect. We emphatically do not recommend using ZacSchiller for any work."

Shabby workmanship he got half his money and quit although I intended to fire him after that day. All the rafters he cut were cut wrong the scabled together to hide his mistakes . Another carpenters and roofer looked at the job showing more mistakes. Every single time I've used this service Ive gotten poor quality service as it seems they are the only ones who use this service.

Our basement turned out beautiful. The area provides the perfect entertaining space, and the custom bar is what makes the space spectacular!

Great job with rough carpentry but would not recommend for drywall.

He was a very guy, did good work. We looked at several contractors, he was the best with his reasonable price.
