Richardson Pest Solutions

I've been using Richardson Pest for several years and have always been happy with their knowledge, politeness, and response to any pest issues. Jeff, or sometimes his brother Chuck, comes regularly to spray our home's exterior or interior and once a year for a termite check. Today Jeff came in response to a stink bug problem. I'm confident I won't have the problem anymore. I like that, whether it's Jeff or Chuck, they educate me about the solving the problem and preventing further issues too.

The first set, we caught a possum. A second trap was set at the entrance of the tunnel but the animal had moved on. I appreciated working with Richard to keep our barn cats safe. While the traps were baited we kept our cats indoors.

 Jeff was our serviceman.  He was prompt effective efficient, courteous, friendly, easy and enjoyable to work with.  He did an outstanding job.

Chuck was very professional and explained the process from start to finish.  He sprayed for insects primarily and inspected for termites. Showed me how to keep a bird from nesting in one our vents which was helpful.  He also showed me an infestation of tiny ants and what he did to to insure not only the ants died but how they will bring the chemical back to the colony which also kills the colony. I would recommend this company to anyone with insect or pest problems and he did what he said he would do at a reasonable cost.

Chuck came out and looked at the den the groundhog had made and came up with a solution on how to catch it.  He was very professional and concerned about our feelings concerning the humane removal of the groundhog.  It took three days to catch the ground hog.  Chuck  checked the trap every day until we got him.  He offered helpful solutions on how to landscape around the house to prevent animals from making our home their home.  I would use Richardson Pest Solutions again and highly recommend them to others. 

Chuck is very helpful, responsive and honest.  My 3-year old son looks forward to "Mr. Chuck's" visits, too!

Overall, I have had great experiences everytime Richardson Pest solutions has been to our home.

Chuck the owner came to my house and sprayed the whole outside then when he came in he took off his shoes. He sprayed in all the rooms and talked to me about how to prevent pests from coming into my house. He walked me around the outside and showed me areas that may be a problem for pests.
