The consumer reports rated it very high and it was very good. The customer service was good.

We got a great deal at the time of purchase; we received a $400 gift card if we spent over $1500. The installation took place about 2-3 weeks after we picked out the door. I was blown away with how knowledgeable they were about doors and the service in general.
