Leo was our buyer representative real estate agent when we purchased our current home in 2004.  He was very responsive and helped us to view several properties.  Looking back, however, I do not believe that he represented our interests as buyers very well.  We were first time home buyers and very new to the entire process.  I feel that Leo could have worked harder to get us a better price on the home that we purchased. I feel that Leo did not do a good job in pointing out flaws in our home that should have resulted in either a lower price or repairs paid for by the sellers.  I feel the he did not adequately guide us when we listed our demands on our offer sheet.  Overall, I feel like he was more interested in getting the sale completed rather than critically and professionally evaluating the house that we ultimately purchased.

Leo and Linda did a wonderful job as my realtor team.  They were referred to me by a coworker and turned out to be worth their weight in gold!  This was my first experience selling a house, and the first realtor I had did a horrible job.  Leo and Linda did everything within their power to help me not only sell my home but also to help me become a better-informed buyer in the future.  They were able to successfully navigate any twist this market and my house through at them, and guide it through close.  If there was a curse on my house, they broke it!  Thank you both, for a job very well done! 

Leo and Linda came to see us the day after we called. They had done comps. on our home and knew the area well. they convinced us to price our home lower than what we had originally wanted, but it sold within a few days at full price, so we were pretty happy. They also charged a lower commission than another agent we interviewed.

Great experience! Linda and Leo are very personable and down-to-earth. They represented me in purchasing my current home and an investment property I own. I had used a 'big company' before and felt like the level of service I got from Linda was superior. She really worked hard to make sure I got the best price and that all the inspections got done. We almost didn't close on time because the sellers had not completed part of what they were supposed to do, and Linda caught that and even convinced a service person to come out on an emergency call and fix it right away so we could close. I would highly recommend them for great service. I also like supporting small businesses like this.
