The company was prompt and professional. They cleaned up their mess and answered all our questions. Also dealt w/the insurance company.

Took close to a year to complete. Inspire roofing was contractor. They hired unexperienced crews & Inspire was never around for supervision. Inspire never answered phone calls or came over whey said they would.
Overall experience awful.
Price was determined by insurance.

It went very well Inspire general contractor had only a few hiccups with getting the solar contractor on board but everything else was perfect and we got to a good ending with the solar panel electricians too.

They delivered the shingles one day and I had a new roof the next day. And as they took off the old roof they cleaned up the mess. They used a magnet to make sure the got all of the nails out of the grass.
