Expression Theory LLC
About us
Expression Theory teaches music using a new standard for education. Covering phonetics, physics, color, anatomy, history, and various other categories in the arts and sciences. The color coded labels are applied to your instrument and away you go. Instead of spending hours trying to figure out what to play, you spend 30 minutes training your body to hear and experience the feeling of music. This process dramatically reduces the learning time needed to compose and practice complicated pieces of music.

The fact is, Angie's List flashes this reminder at me every time I have signed on to my account for the last couple years or so. I have asked them numerous times to remove it and they say they will but obviously it does not get done. I apologize to you-- you deserve a better review than this I am sure!
It was very good quality, it just did not work for me.
Unfortunately, the online instructional videos were haphazardly presented and not in depth enough to teach a new theory of music. The reason and use of the color coded stickers was almost non existent. After a brief video on how the ear processes music, the video goes on to where to place the stickers. What the former had to do with the latter was never explained.
The videos were in HD, but did not zoom in to demonstrate where the instructor was placing his fingers, did not explain which color was chosen, what the sequence was, or why. "Then move on to the next note color..." Which "next note color"? Why? What is the progression, how does one color build or relate musically to each other? After six or so "lessons," I gave up.
