I used this company less than 6 months ago for another property of mine. So, i knew that the work would be done right. Mike did an excellent job installing a sump pump for me at a great price.

They were polite & cleaned up afterwards. They did a wonderful job & completed it in 1 day.

Very responsive. Very quick to preform the work. Very professional. Great quality of work done. To my surprise, the work came with a 20 year warranty. Great piece of mind and above all, no more leaks!

They arrived on time and did the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves (although we wish they had used more tarps to cover things in work area). When one of the pipes was leaking the next day someone came out right away and fixed the problem. The system has been working very well ever since!

Mike Duenke gave excellent advise, a very competitive price and did a very difficult job in one day. He and his crew were very knowledgable and efficient and did a great job of clean-up. I would not hesitate to contract Duenke Watwrproofing again.

I have several cracks in my basement foundation. The builder repaired some and did a lousy job. I had paperwork from previous homeowner on two cracks that had better workmanship and did not leak. Those were done by Mike Duenke. The workmanship was obviously better on his repairs. So I called him to come out and rework the repairs the builder had done. He was prompt and reasonably priced, and did a thorough job. The cracks have not leaked since.

They were recommended to me by my brother for whom they had worked earlier. They also gave me great suggestions to prevent any such problems in future. They also told me the best way to keep water from entering the house. They did a very good job for me.

They were very thorough. If I call them now, they still will come back for things. They carry a number of different cabinet brands. I would recommend them and use them again.

Mike was one of the most helpful and nicest guys I've ever met. After seeing my situation, at first he suggested I probably didn't really need a sump pump (which would have meant no business for him). After I told him I wanted one anyway, he suggested a way to put it in that saved me money and time (i.e., to just put it in the one room that was most damaged by the flood). His estimate was about half as expensive as other companies', because he has his own tiny company with small overhead, he is honest, and as I said he found a way to do is more cheaply. He came as planned and did everything in half a day. He is very experienced and serious about his work. He gave me a full, transferable warranty on his work (life of building).
