Terrible terrible service! Their seller didn't disclose a known HVAC problem and both the agency and the Coldwell Banker Gundaker Central St Louis office did nothing. They pretty much said, "Tough Luck". Cost us over $38,000 to fix the damage that occurred (flooding because the owners had put illegal substance in the HVAC, which we uncovered documentation to prove)--this after 5 days of occupancy.
