Chris did an excellent job removing raccoons that were destroying our garden. He is very responsive, was effective immediately, and very personable.

A five star rating is not high enough for Chris Morrow. I had a “critter” problem in the attic. I called three people for information and bids. No question - Chris was way above the others. He set up a camera and confirmed his suspicions of raccoons, as well as baited traps. In two days, he caught two raccoons - no more noise in the attic! He left the baited trap out to assure there were no more raccoons, but ended catching a skunk and an opossum! He is extremely knowledgeable of many animals and their habits; he is very kind and professional, and kept me well informed at all times. He is prompt, dependable, and courteous. And, as an added bonus, he can repair the soffit damage! I hope I never have this problem again, but I know who to call if I do. If you have a “critter “ problem, there is no need to call anyone else- that’s a waste of time. Chris the the one to take care of it.

I hired Chris to get rid of squirrels that were living around the outside of my house. (in the fascia and gutter highways). He was very thorough in his inspection. I found his pricing to be reasonable and I found his worth ethic to be top-notch. Extremely easy to work with. FYI… His quote was for all of the work… removal, patching, etc. A lot of places charge for the job plus a per squirrel charge so be aware of that when you’re looking for quotes

Chris, a very courteous and knowledgeable gentleman was very attentive to my needs, removing raccoons living in my roof/attic! And over the course of a few days got both of them. He then gave me a piece of metal I could use to close the opening, which I was very able to do, saved some money there. In short, he is great and I wouldn't even bother looking beyond him for pest removal services.

There were a couple of false starts with what we were catching in the traps, and he took care of things with no fuss. I wish I would have found him when I first saw the groundhogs. All I can say is he is awesome and good at catching those pesky rodents.

The animal control expert was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional in every way. He kept me updated on the progress every day. When we were certain all raccoons were removed, he patched the entry point with a metal plate to ensure no other pests entered. He kept me informed on what bait was used and why. I would definitely hire CMM again for any type of wildlife problem.

Mr. Chris is simply AMAZING! He texted and came by the house to check on traps. He caught all 3 racoons quickly and closed the hole in my roof! I would rehire him in a heartbeat! Chris came in during less than ideal weather conditions to trap squirrels and completed the job within a week. Something we had we trying to do for months. He knew exactly where to put the straps and what to put in them. He will definitely be the first and only place we call if we ever have this problem again.

We called because an animal noise was in our chimney. The company is family owned and operated and the service was outstanding. He resolved the issue and the service was much cheaper than I would have thought.

Chris was wonderful! He explained everything clearly, texted me photos to show where the squirrels got in, managed to trap six of them, and blocked their access. He sent me a photo of each squirrel he trapped, explained what I should tell the tree man (to cut the branches that allowed the squirrels access to my roof), and gave me a photo of the roof damage from the squirrels, to tell a roofer what needs to be repaired.

I cannot express how wonderful Chris is! He was so incredibly informative and attentive to our problem. We saw a huge difference after just one day of him being there! He was out to our house twice a day to take away squirrels that were caught! I could go on and on about how great he is. You cannot go wrong hiring Chris. He was HALF of the competitors price; he’s the BEST!

Chris did an excellent job with our possum problem. I needed to remove two possums that I believed were lodging under an overhanging part of my house. He responded immediately to my request and was nice, professional and informative. He came home quite quickly, looked at the area and set up the live traps. He timely followed up for status practically on a daily basis after that. His services are very reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of animal removal services and will for sure call him again if any of those little guys come back.
