C D Strong Construction

My wife called Richie Mueller to ask a question about our project. He was completely unprofessional, rude, dismissive and hung up on her. Terrible customer service. Cannot recommend to anyone!

Do not hire CD Strong. I will try to make this short they tried installing a roof they did not know how to install. It ended up flooding my house. They continued trying to finish the job 2 months later I decided to have a roofing engineer come look at it He said “ it is the absolute worst job he has ever seen and will fail and not be covered under warranty. Then I had 2 different people from the manufacturer of the roofing product come and look they both said it needs to be torn off and completely replaced. The owner of CD strong Dave advised Ben the man who is in charge to walk away from my job and do nothing else to help.. I have this in text along with many others. I have had 2 bids to fix there mistakes and damages 42,250$ and 45,840$. That I will be stuck with. I wish I could talk to anyone considering this company and show them the work they tried to perform and the messages I have from CD strong. Unfortunately I believe my next step is court.

We hired Richie Mueller from CDStrong. The project was met with a lot of frustration (delays, thinking deliveries were made, but weren't), but the worst part was he ordered the wrong color siding!! They are now refusing to replace the siding and offered me a 7% credit off the bill. The blue is a different shade and not at all what is on our contract. Disgusting!!! Buyer beware!

I had a leak in my roof and called Daniel with CD Strong and he performed emergency repairs. While he was up there he found hail damage and was able to get my insurance company to pay for my entire roof as well as other damage. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work for. All of the work was completed in one day and I would definitely use this company again!

For anybody leery about a roofer approaching you after storms, CD Strong is legit. Daniel Parks presents professionally and provides supporting documents up front to help put your fears at rest. Pricing is competitive, they work well with the insurance adjusters, and communication and status of work is good. The work was quick and professional, and the end result in my case drew quite a drew compliments. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone inquiring.

My representative, Daniel, not only came out 2 times to meet with the adjuster to try and get the insurance company to pay for all of the damage, but even brought his supervisor Ben to meet with another adjuster and I was eventually paid everything that I was owed. This company will do everything within their power to make sure the insurance company is not taking advantage of you. This was for one of my rental properties and am planning to use them on my personal home soon. I would recommend this company to anyone as they are very professional and do great work, not to mention it was done in one day!

My wife and I had a great experience using CD Strong as our roofing contractor. Our insurance adjuster originally reported we did not need a new roof after a hail storm, but Daniel arranged for another adjuster to come out to our home and pointed the damage out to the insurance adjuster and got them to pay for my roof. The installation was smoot as well; my roof was replaced in less than one days with no problems and looks great!

Very happy with this company from start to finish. All of their crews were very professional and courteous. I would feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone.
