Received a same day callback from Sue who told me Armstrong Plumbers would send someone out today. The plumber called in advance to notify us that he was on his way, was courteous, professional, and replaced a broken shower valve cartridge. We will definitely use Armstrong Plumbers for any future plumbing problems.

A $275 bill ballooned up to $525 without my knowledge. First, the guy made me pay half, since they needed another tool on Monday to fix the clog. The next guy stated he could not fix it either and would send someone else. The last guy said that it was already fixed by the first 2 people. OK. Then why was 250 added to the bill? I would have told them no had I known each visit would cost even more!

Armstrong was VERY easy to work with. They went out of their way to do the water heater install on short notice the day (1/2 day) before New Years holiday without having to pay a premium for the service.

The job cost 486dollars and did not fix the problem the plumber told me he could give me a great price of 650 dollars additional to fix the leak. I will not use them again

I was very impressed with Armstrong Plumbing. I hired them to install a gas line to my kitchen running clear across my finished basement as well as repair a bust garden spicket pipe . I was quoted on Monday and scheduled for Tuesday and the job was complete within a half day with no mess to clean up and convenient access panels installed to both allow for easy future access as well as avoid drywall repair. The quality work coupled with the friendly demeanor and professionalism makes Armstrong a company Iâ ll be sure I keep in my contact list.
