Deck Maintenance
My wife initially called via AT&T Yellowpages ad for cedar deck maintenance where Mr. Perry was very easy to talk and gave her a guesstimate of the cost for cleaning and staining out 12x16 foot deck. He and his team arrived as expected after another phone call to set the date and time. He determined the deck only needed to be cleaned and removal of mold and staining was not required. He did suggest we also clean the siding as it also had mold. He and his team only performed the work necessary while my wife was home and charged a fair price for the work done. She did feel comfortable with Tony and believed we were satisfied the work performed and would recommend the firm.
