Property Appraisal
The appraiser incorrectly measured the size of the lot and shoreline footage, resulting in reduction in value compared to similar properties. Previous appraisal in 2009 was correctly stated. Numerous attempts by email and phone have gone unanswered. Very unprofessional behavior.
