Everything went very smoothly other than the wireless thermostat was not working when initially installed.  Our service rep Jason Kramer was amazing.  We had the system installed on a Saturday morning and when we found out that it wasn't functioning properly he came out the next day a Sunday afternoon (when he was off to try and fix the issue).  We thought that it was fixed but it was not.  So the next time he came (on Memorial Day Weekend) he removed the thermostat, which was malfunctioning and put the old one back on until he could get a new thermostat.  He then came back and installed a new thermostat which is working perfectly fine.  I would definitely recommend this company especially the technician Jason.  He was very nice and always on time for his service appointments.  He would even text me through out the week to ensure that everything was still working properly.  Even though it was a headache not having a working thermostat, I don't think they could have handled it any better, especially taking time out of holidays and days off to try and fix the issue.

I've had their service for over 6 years now. They always check-in at least annually to be sure everything is operating as it should and they even replace the batteries on sensors that had to be done wirelessly! By far the best alarm service company I've ever delt with. Even better than the ones in the KC area that I used to use!
