BOBBI BASH REALTY

Description of Work: Bobbi Bash Realty was nothing but a HORRIBLE experience for my husband and myself. They started out "friendly", but soon after, everything went down hill. We put our house on the market with them and were told that they charge 7% commission fees. We were okay with that, but asked if there was some flexibility. Our realtor told us that if the sale is close enough, sure they would come down in their commission. Well, Bobbi Bash, herself came through for a walk through and her comments to us were that we had to get rid of our cats (we had four at the time) because NO ONE would buy the house with the cats in it. She insisted that we put them and everything related to them in the garage or carriers. I was appalled. We have owned four homes in our lifetime and not once did the cats ever interfere with the sale of our house. They are well kept, and the litter is cleaned three times, at least, daily. You would never know we had cats in our home. Our realtor didn't feel too good about her boss's comments, but told us not to worry about it. The following week, we had a young couple look at our house. They immediately made an offer on the house. The offers went back and forth several times and when it came down to less than $300, our realtor would NOT budge on his commission. He was willing to lose a sale on the house and refused to come down in his commission. He didn't put much time into this, considering the first person who looked at our home, was interested. We felt that the Bobbi Bash team mislead us to believe that they would do everything in their power to close the deal. Not so. When it came down to an inspection, we were told that the inspector did not want either party when the inspection took place, and yet the buyer was going to be there. That was fine with us, but we felt we wanted to be there too. Our realtor got very upset with us because we had to reschedule the inspection and he told us "that's how we do it at the lake". Well, that's not how we do it, regardless where we're from. After that, there was absolutely NO VERBAL contact from our realtor until the time we closed. Everything was forwarded to us via EMAIL. And, then, he sent everything to my work email on the weekends and I wasn't able to obtain it until the following Monday, even after I put down my personal email address on their questionnaire at the time of our initial meeting with him. At closing, he apologized to us for not being more "available" to us. Well, it was a little too late for that. At that point, he received his commission check and was
