They were OK while I owned a duplex. They did all of my yard work except tree care -- mowing, lawn applications, etc. Actually, they were pretty good with some things, like renovating the lawn after the previous company had failed to cared for it poorly, doing some plantings, and setting up automated sprinklers so I wouldn't have to get out to water myself. Things changed when I moved to a condo where the HOA provides basic lawn care -- mowing and applications -- however. The first year the lawn needed renovation, and I also still wanted someone to do things like bed maintenance and weeding. Lone Oak did that at first. But last year the owner seemed to lose interest and drag his feet. I finally asked whether there was a problem. He didn't respond and I haven't heard from him since. I've chosen not to pursue the matter further. When they did the work, they were generally pretty good about being timely, although they had the usual issues with not always doing all that they were supposed to. The owner was usually good about responding when money was involved, but not so much when I was simply asking questions. Overall, they may do fine if you have large, lucrative projects for them, especially creative ones like landscaping. If you want smaller projects, you may do better elsewhere.

They did a good job. They use mostly organic supplies.

The job went excellent. They are very easy to work with. The worked with us to stay with in our budget. They revised the specifications of the job as we went along.
